We just brought him from his previous owners a few hours ago. I met him once before, and he's a real sweetheart.
His name is Blue, but I want it changed.

He's a near four-year-old husky mix. It's hard to tell what other types of dog are in him... Srsly, it is.

He's very friendly, energetic, and man.. CAN HE LEAP! My dad is putting up a board in front of a certain part of the fence because he jumped over it. XDDD

He's got big ears too... I think bigger then huskies usually have. White belly, blackish dark top. Golden eyes with reddish-brown rims. <333

I'll take some pictures soon. I just need some ideas because my dad can't seem to like mine.

Just not the name Lobo, though. ): My neighbor's had a young dog named Lobo who was put to sleep because he suffered at least ten seizures a night. He was a sweetheart.

I'm just a little confused about how you will get him to respond to a new name? A four year old dog that's had the same name for such a long time will not likely respond to a new name unless you literally beat it into them....just sayin'

I'd like to give you some names but I can't think of any. *shot*

It can vary actually. And apparently he doesn't respond to his 'first' name anyway. XD
He responds best to thigh-slapping, clapping, whistling a bit too.

I've met people who rename dogs that are 5 or 6 and the dog gets used to it gradually. We may or may not keep his name Blue, deciding to wait about a week to understand his personality.
